🟡 And much more
🔼 Belt Battles. The road travels of the App State Men’s Basketball program continued with 11 of the Mountaineers first 18 games coming away from the Holmes Convocation Center.
Scoring 81 points in both games over break, the Mountaineers split a pair of road games, including a thrilling 81-73 victory at Old Dominion.
App State is currently one of six Sun Belt teams with two conference wins as the middle of the conference standings are a logjam early in the league slate.

🔼 Playoff Bound. For the first time in his young career, #AppStateNFL standout D’Marco Jackson is headed to the playoffs.
Jackson and the Chicago Bears put a stamp on their NFC North Division title on Sunday and will enter the postseason as the second seed in the conference.
The App State standout had a career year with Chicago, picking up his first career sack and INT, along with posting a career-best 42 tackles in 16 games played.

🔼 Book It! Recording the first two top-25 wins of his career as part of a 5-1 weekend, App State Wrestling's Tomas Brooker posted a third-place finish at 184 pounds as the Southern Scuffle concluded Sunday.
Brooker won a 5-2 decision against No. 23 Jaden Bullock from Virginia Tech on Saturday night to reach the semifinal round and ended the tournament with a 7-2 decision against No. 20 Christian Hansen from Cornell in the third-place match.
The Mountaineers had five wrestlers reach the second day of competition, as Aldo Hernandez (141 pounds), Kai O'Dell (157), Colt Campbell (174) and Logan Eller (197) all finished among the final 12 in their brackets.
