🔼 No Place Like Home. Seeking the program’s first 3-0 start in over 30 years, the App State women’s basketball squad is set to host Davidson in an in-state battle tonight at the Holmes Convocation Center.

Tonight’s showdown is the 55th all-time meeting between the two schools that are separated by less than 100 miles. The Mountaineers hold a slight 28-26 advantage all time, winning a thrilling 84-82 contest in the last meeting at Holmes back in 2022.

Tip time is set for 6:30 p.m.

🔼 Showin’ Out. This past weekend, the NBA G League watched what Mountaineer fans witnessed over the past five years in Boone.

In his professional debut, Huntley finished with a jam-packed stat line of 16 points, 14 rebounds, three blocks and two assists. He added 12 points, eight rebounds and three blocks in his second game.

🔼 Poll Position. Just a few weeks into the 2025-26 season, a trio of Mountaineers find themselves in the latest national rankings.

Kaden Keiser (#27 - 149), Musa Tamaradze (#27 - 133) and Tomas Brooker (#31 - 184) all sit in the top-40 nationally.
