🔼 The Bucs Stop Here. Four App State relief pitchers combined to fire seven scoreless innings to lead the Mountaineers to a 3-1 victory over ETSU on Tuesday night at Smith Stadium.

It marked the fourth straight victory for App State, who has now won nine of their past 11 games as they head into a weekend Sun Belt series with Georgia Southern at Smith Stadium beginning Friday.

🔼 In The Hunt. Sixth-seeded App State Women's Golf will enter Wednesday's final round of stroke play at the Sun Belt Championship tournament in a tie for second place among 13 teams.

After 36 of 54 holes in the stroke play portion of the event, the Mountaineers are seven shots behind first-place ULM, which is 4 over. App State and Texas State are both 11 over, seven shots ahead of the tie for fourth and fifth places between Old Dominion and Coastal Carolina.

The top four teams after Wednesday's last round of stroke play will advance to Thursday morning's match play semifinals, with the final match set for Thursday afternoon.

🔼 Eye On The Prize. The App State Tennis team rides a five-match win streak into this week’s Sun Belt Tournament in Rome, Ga.

The Mountaineers have their eyes on the prize as they enter as the sixth-seed into this week’s event. App State will square off with 11th-seeded Southern Miss in Thursday’s second round. First serve is set for 2 p.m.

The winner of App State-Southern Miss will face third-seeded Troy in Friday’s quarterfinals.

Kameron Miller provided the biggest bash of the night on Tuesday with a 438-ft HR in the sixth inning. It marked his third straight game with a long ball.
