🔼 Lock It In. We are now just 33 days away from tip-off and the full schedule is set for App State Men’s Basketball.
A 6 a.m. matchup with Merrimack on Monday, Nov. 2 in Rock Hill, S.C., as part of the Field of 68 Opening Day Marathon will get things underway as the Mountaineers unveiled their complete nonconference slate this week.
🔼 Ballin’ Out. With a national TV audience tuned in, App State alum Ryan Neuzil anchored the Atlanta Falcons’ offensive line last Thursday night en route to 242 rushing yards in a dominant 35-14 road win at historic Lambeau Field.
Neuzil started at center for Atlanta and played all 71 offensive snaps in the victory.
Mountaineer great Akeem Davis-Gaither continued his strong start to the 2026 season, racking up seven tackles and a pass deflection in the Colts’ win over Houston on Sunday. He’s now up to 29 tackles through the first three weeks.
On special teams, Sam Martin turned in another strong afternoon for Carolina, averaging 46.3 yards on three punts, with all three landing inside the Cleveland 20-yard line and a long of 52 yards.
Chicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson started on Monday Night Football and helped the Bears post a 27-7 victory against Philadelphia.

🔼 Hittin’ The Road. After extending its unbeaten streak to 10 this past weekend against ODU, App State Soccer takes its show on the road tomorrow night with a crucial Sun Belt tilt in Harrisonburg, Va., against perennial conference power JMU.
On the heels of that unbeaten streak, the Mountaineers saw their RPI jump into the top-60 and now sit at #57 heading into another conference weekend. App State is currently one of four Sun Belt teams unbeaten in league play.
Kickoff against JMU tomorrow night is set for 7 p.m.

Through the first four weeks of the 2026 season, Malachi Singleton is averaging 301.5 yards per game through the air.
How many other QBs in the country are currently averaging over 300 passing yards per game?
