🟡 And much more!

🔼 Shining Bright. NBA training camp isn’t for a few months, but former App State standout CJ Huntley gave the Phoenix Suns’ brass plenty to be excited for when camp rolls around.

Playing in the finale of the 2025 NBA Summer League, Huntley poured in a summer-best 18 points in 33 minutes of action (most on the team) against the Blazers. He also added nine rebounds, two blocks and two steals to his stat line.

🔼 Lace ‘Em Up. Get out your calendars now, App State fans, we’ve got some dates for you to save.

Late last week, the App State Cross Country program unveiled its full 2025 slate.

The season will feature two home meets at the Don Kennedy Trails at State Farm in Boone for the Mountaineers, who swept Sun Belt Conference titles in 2024.

3️⃣9️⃣ days from kickoff…

Redshirt sophomore Jackson Moore returned to his home state last fall after spending his first collegiate season at the University of Kentucky.

Moore kicked in six of App State’s games in 2024, going a perfect 16-for-16 on extra points and knocking down four field goals, including a season-best 44 yarder against Louisiana.

The Waxhaw native is expected to compete for the full-time starting role this fall for the Mountaineers.

Who doesn’t love a little throwback, right?

Back on May 3, Summer Simpson launched a solo home run against Coastal Carolina to help the App State softball team set a single-season program record for team HRs in a single-season.

How many HRs did the Mountaineers blast this spring?

Got a guess?
